We are growing fast and need good people who are looking to grow with us. Base salary plus an outstanding 20% commission on all sales (new or renewals) with a generous benefits package including Medical/Dental, paid vacation, etc.

If you work for a company in the sign or internet industry and they have non-compete contract with you don't worry.  Some may be non-binding in some areas.  If challenged our lawyers will deal with it for you.  It's against the law not to allow an individual to work for another company.  Non-compete agreements are generally a scare tactic so you don't go looking to work for a competitor and in the State of Minnesota are rarely ever upheld.
